Great idea Amber, thank you! I am curious about the details of actually setting up the Q&A call. I know how to do all the other components, but not the call itself. Is there certain software required, etc?

Hi David and thank you for your comment! I’m so glad this tip helped. 🙂

I would suggest a platform like Zoom.com where members can get on a video chat with you. That is most effective and powerful. You can record the call easily and give members the replay link even. Or, if you want to do a voice-only call, I would suggest something like freeconferencecalling.com. I’ve had an account there for YEARS and it’s very easy to use, plus you can record the call as well. I hope that helps! xo

Great idea Amber. Planning ahead for meals is one of the most effective things you can do to get healthier meals on the table, but one of the hardest habits to get into. So I’ve been long thinking of doing some kind of meal planning group on line. I think this would be a good format for that–maybe a 10-15 minute chat about some aspect of the think-ahead habit and then brainstorming with the group to get their plans together for a few days, a week, etc. And Zoom would be great to actually write as we go.

    Thanks for the motivation!
