Darrell Hornbacher, of www.Midas-Financial.com, approached me this morning and asked if I would please design a cover for his upcoming eBook (sure to be a hit!). I was more than happy to help out. I thought I’d share with you what was created, where the ideas came from and what his response was.

Darrell Hornbacher is a small business solutions consultant specializing in finance. Having owned and sold 12 successful small businesses over the last 15 years, Darrell brings a wide range of experience and a strong background to his small business clientele.

Darrell’s website is www.Midas-Financial.com. He wanted something that would match his name and brand, but also not copy it completely.

I think a lot of eBooks tend to have a similar look. And I don’t feel that many of them convey trust. They all seem to follow the “Get Rich Quick” theme that is a turn off to me. For this eBook, I wanted to convey trust – I thought if it could convey simple confidence, we may see an increase in book sales. This is what was produced…
