		<description>Checkout Microsoft PowerToys (Windows XP). They have a little &quot;power toy&quot; called Image Resizer. With this installed you can right click on an image and choose Resize Pictures and do it. Its not advanced and is very simple but it gets the job done. You can even do multiple images at one time. (powertoys are free too!)
