What is a Backlink and How to Get Lots of Them!
A backlink is basically a link to your website from another website (an inbound link). Backlinks are key to good Search Engine Optimization (SEO)! The more links you have pointing to your website, it conveys a message to Google and Bing about how important your website is. The more important your website is, the higher you rank in search engines. Another reason backlinks are key is because it opens portals for getting traffic from different avenues. If you have 50 websites linking to yours and they all get decent traffic – imagine how that could boost your visitation!

I couldn’t possibly list them all here… it’s 30 pages worth of high-quality training material! But you’ll want to read this anyway…
- Do you feel like using the Internet to attract leads or increase sales for your business is like a de-motivating game of Chutes and Ladders where it’s always “the other guy” that seems to effortlessly rise to the top?

Protect Your Business By Increasing Security on Social Networks and Your Website
A well-known Denver speaker and coach (and very good person to her core!) called the other day out of sheer desperation and unknowing of what to do. Her “web guy” turned on her. A promise of building her website in 3 days for $200, turned into 3 weeks with little communication – meanwhile, enjoying his new $200 profit.
She attempted to get her money back via PayPal and not only did that not happen, but he found out and threatened to bring her down. He seemed to beam with pride in the past, she told me, when talking about how much he knew about coding and what potential he had to make or break someone.
Step-by-Step Instructions for Recording Audio
Audio and Video have become very popular on the Internet in the past few years. If you are just getting started on the Internet you should read this post carefully and record Audio to put on your website or blog today!
One of the tricky things about the Internet is that you have to try much harder to create a “human presence”. In traditional brick-and-mortar businesses, people could walk into a store and *see* you, get a sense of if you are a good businessperson or not. Do you see how that is more difficult to achieve online? Then you could even kick it up a notch and add your picture AND an Audio clip.
Recruiting Tips to Achieve Higher Show to Training than Company Average
During my 5 years at Vector I ran hundreds of 90 minute group interviews to thousands of people and loved it. I achieved a 20% higher show to training than the average for recruiters in the company. Somewhere along the way I learned the very core reasons that affect your interview to training conversion. It was beyond memorizing the 16 page interview and just doing it over and over, although that did have a role.
Below you will find my tips for recruiters.
The hope is that by implementing these very tips into your recruiting structure, you too can get 20% higher averages than the rest of the recruiters in your company.

How to Add Spacing in WordPress for HTML and Visual Editors
I have done a lot of researching about the WordPress spacing issues that can sometimes get in our way. Primarily when you switch from HTML view to Visual view, you’ve noticed that your spacing is removed. Then you’d have to go back into the HTML view to add in the <br/> tags, or you try to add spacing in Visual. Please see below for what I discovered and how to get around that issue:
