Web Sites & Blogs to Know About

Zazzle, a Fabulous Resource for Business Cards and More

Zazzle.com has been around for 10 years and I am just as impressed with them as I was a few years ago. Zazzle is a website that allows you to create custom business cards, t-shirts, mugs, magnets, stickers, postage – anything you can think of, just about! (Nope, I’m not an affiliate, just spreading news about a great company.)

I originally discovered Zazzle a good 4 years ago when I was planning a local business conference for 200 attendees. We were seeking out companies that could provide goodies for our attendees such as pens, keychains, etc. We wanted something unique – something that stood out from what was given away at every other conference.

Your Brand Radio with Mark Crowley and David Sandusky

For those of you awesome readers that follow me on Facebook and Twitter, you probably noticed I was invited last week to be interviewed by two amazing gentlemen. Mark Crowley and David Sandusky host a live radio show as part of their company “Your Brand Radio” that is helping millions of entrepreneurs online. I was honored!

What’s really great about Your Brand Radio is the theme behind its well-known program: Your business is not unique, but you are! With a couple million followers, Your Brand Radio invites some of the most talented experts on the show to provide never-ending value to its loyal listeners.

Tony Robbins 5 Keys To Thrive Video

Tony Robbins is one of my all-time heroes and mentors. I attended an event of his five years ago this month. Back then, I was searching for answers about why I was the person I was, and clues as to who I was going to be in the future. Back then I was just a kid starting out on a journey.

At Tony’s event I had many realizations about my past and future – how I wanted to show up in this world. This jump started my book to release next year titled “Rescuing Me: A Teen’s Journey From Lost to Found” and made my life’s purpose clear. I make every effort to improve and thrive, then help others along the way.

How to Get Copyright Protection on Your Blog or Website

I have pooled some resources for you to look at for copyright protection on your blog or website. This is something you would be considered crazy to “put off”. Fast forward, someone has copied your content and called it their own. How do you feel? What can you do?

It’s important that you protect your own website or blog with the appropriate copyright actions, but also, that you use and refer to others content without violating their copyright.

Below you will find links to valuable copyright tips, rules and resources. Take a good amount of time to look into this to ensure you are protected and not doing anything that could be cause for action from another.

Ian Lurie, Conversation Marketing and The On-Page SEO Cheatsheet

Today I’d like to share with you a wonderful Internet Marketing resource that I came across the other day. Ian Lurie runs a popular blog called “Conversation Marketing“.

Ian says, “After 13 years as an Internet marketer, I’ve pieced together my experiences with the technology, communications and design issues inherent in our business, and built Conversation Marketing as a rubric for good decision making.”

Ian Lurie

Ian’s writing is witty, smart and full of valuable goodies. One great goodie I found was titled, “The On-Page SEO Cheatsheet“. It’s a 2-page visual SEO guide which teaches you the top priority SEO tactics you need to learn to get ranked well in Google, Bing and other top search engines.
