Sharon Ludwig has been a residential home builder and land developer for over 15 years. Although construction was truly a great passion while rearing her two beautiful daughters, Kimberly and Amber, Sharon continually received what she called “downloads” of creative artistic ideas. Although she incorporated many of these expressions in her projects, most were filed under “Creation Folder” on her computer.
As Life tends to provide exactly what we need albeit sometimes challenging for purposes of growth, the 
real estate market fell into its current doom and gloom condition. Consequently, Sharon at long last found herself with time on her hands, thus BySheSaid.com was born. Although the web site is currently under construction, “Gateway” a division of BySheSaid.com is well under way.
Beautiful rusted metal gates with subtle touches of stained glass and gentle aspects of Nature such as vines, leaves, and flowers are being created and installed with word traveling rapid fire. Each of Sharon’s creations hold a subtle esoteric message inviting the owner to reflect on the deeper meaning of Life. Other products by Gateway include light sconces, bath accessories and electrical plate covers for the home.
When asked about the name “She Said,” Sharon explains her belief that we each hear a subtle “voice” inside, directing us to step into our own unique purpose of being. Most, typically out of economic fear or of not being “good enough” choose to take a safer Path while some learn to trust “She Said.” “It is never too late.”
Each of Sharon’s art pieces are inspired by Life experiences. Her seven foot tall Daisy’s for example were inspired by the love she shares with her brother, nicknamed “Daisy.” The message of her Daisys: “She Loves Me, She Loves Me Lots — He Loves Me, He Loves Me Lots — Live In Love” … speaks for itself. Majestically tall tulips are also in her portfolio with leaves reaching high with the simple message…”Gratitude.”
“Sculptures by She Said” an additional division, range from life sized Angels to public art pieces entitled “The Strength of Family”, “Hope”, and “Rebirth” — all inspired by what Sharon believes is a wonderful invitation to refrain from thinking about what is currently wrong with the world; and to “Be the change you want to see in the world.” (Gandhi). Her small angels (versions of the life sized models) are urns for those wishing to hold the ashes of their loved ones. The message? . . .”always.”
