Talking Back to Your Inner Critic + Free Download

I know all about the nasty Inner Critic inside that pushes us down every time we feel really pumped to make massive progress in our personal or professional lives. My Inner Critic has literally moved me to a stream of tears or a fit of rage at times. I’m here to tell you it’s natural, it’s normal and it is possible to control!

Below is an example of how an Inner Critic can creep into your mind and control your actions. This short video was created by one of my dearest friends and bestselling author, Paul Hendricks and is highly entertaining!

This video (along with learning about Mike Michalowicz’s latest book, The Pumpkin Plan) inspired me BIG TIME. We can be so focused on “how to get more visitors to my website” or “how to get more people to buy my product” that we don’t always look at what the real problem could be… listening to our Inner Critic.

Andrew De Leon, How He Defines “No Guts No Glory,” and How This Video Could Change Your Perception of YOU

“Today you are YOU, that is TRUER than true. There is NO ONE alive that is YOUER than YOU!” — Dr. Seuss said that, and he was right.

A couple days ago I watched an incredibly inspiring video. Many of you have probably seen it as it spread like wildfire on social media and throughout the globe. A “goth kid” named Andrew De Leon showed up to audition for this season’s America’s Got Talent. The instant judgement was apparent. This young adult showed up to sing, though he had NEVER sung in front of ANYONE before.

Nerves were high, the disbelief in everyone’s eyes was present but Andrew marched out on stage anyway. Andrew opened his mouth to sing and out came the most beautiful opera song. In all of its complexity, Andrew sang and pure light was shooting out of this guy. You can’t help but tear up as you watch this kid, who had been judged his whole life (especially by himself), show up and sing in front of millions of people. He took a chance. He stepped out on stage, exposed in front of the whole world to take a chance on what he secretly thought was a talent, but never shared it with a soul before this day.

Introducing the Fabulous Vasavi Kumar and Her S.O.U.R.C.E Formula

A common issue my client’s express is that they have a million ideas for their business, but they don’t know “how” to get what they want – how to get it all. They want to implement all of these ideas, while also achieving balance and harmony in their personal lives.

Well, as many of you know, I recently just managed the book launch for Succeeding In Spite of Everything with Sandra Yancey and 37 other AMAZING co-authors including Lisa Nichols, Marcia Wieder, Lisa Sasevich and Alexis Neely. One of the co-authors was a really awesome woman and transformational coach, Vasavi Kumar who is not only someone I trust, she’s also someone who keeps it real. While on a coaching call with her, she shared the secret formula behind her business and life success.

It’s based on a foundational principle that is inside of all of us. She calls it S.O.U.R.C.E. As Vasavi describes it, the S.O.U.R.C.E. principle is a universal truth that, when nurtured and exposed, can take anyone from a mediocre to an absolutely breathtaking life.
